Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, caulking, masking, and priming as needed.
- Apply paint using sprayers, brushes, while using “The Precise Way” to achieve high-quality results.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
-Willing to learn the “Precise Way” procedures.
-Offer consistency in all tasks.
-Using spray shields is a plus, but I am willing to teach.
Qualifications:
-Must have a smartphone
- 3-5 years of professional painting experience, using spray equipment.
- Proficient in various painting techniques and applications.
-Able to work at heights @ 22 ft and on roofs with harnesses or any other required safety equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
-No criminal record.
-Must be a legal citizen of the United States.
