We are seeking a bilingual Florida‑commissioned Online Notary to support remote online notarization (RON) services for timeshare owners through a secure third‑party platform onsite in Ocoee, FL!  This role plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate, compliant, and timely execution of legally binding timeshare documents. The Online Notary will act as an independent third‑party witness, verifying signer identity and notarizing documents using secure audio‑visual technology in accordance with Florida Remote Online Notarization (RON) laws.This role combines remote work and on‑site responsibilities at our Ocoee office and requires flexibility to work both morning and late shifts during the week. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly ethical, tech‑savvy, and comfortable working directly with customers in a fast‑paced, document‑driven environment.
