The verification of proposals for mail-out accounts before paperwork is mailed and following up on those accounts to ensure that the documents are returned in a timely manner.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned:Handling inbound and outbound calls with timeshare owners and/or internal customers.Communicating and following up with timeshare owners by phone, email, and/or letter regarding their outstanding contract documents and assisting them in signing the documents electronically or by mail.Assisting timeshare owners with questions about their outstanding documents, making payments, usage inquiries, and/or general account inquiries.Responsibilities include verifying sales proposals from internal customers to ensure the proposals are correct and accurate before contracts are entered into the system.
