Responsible for handling owner request in completing title transfer, name Change requests and clearing deceased off title.Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following, and other duties may be assigned.Track and maintain all incoming mail pertaining to the area on a daily basismail out procedure letters to owners advising of what is needed to complete their transfer.Track and maintain mailout codes pertaining to the as needed, ensuring proper follow up is being completed.Maintain CSD issues assigned, ensuring issues are being resolved within 24 hours.Complete the daily tasks as required by department.
