Location: Fully remoteShift differentials apply, including 10% evening and $0.50 language differential.As a Vacation Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for Vacation Traveler Package owners. You’ll assist with reservations, upgrades, travel protection, and account resolution while delivering a positive, professional guest experience on every interaction.This role is ideal for candidates with customer service, hospitality, call center, or sales experience who thrive in a metrics‑driven environment and enjoy helping guests plan memorable vacations.What You’ll DoHandle mostly outbound and some inbound calls with Vacation Traveler Package ownersAssist guests with booking reservations, upgrades, and travel protectionAddress delinquent balances while following Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) standardsWork with trial owners to ensure satisfaction and reduce cancellationsMeet or exceed daily performance metrics and quality standardsAccurately document interactions using multiple internal systemsCollaborate with team members and assist with additional duties as needed
