Provide leadership to Maintenance staff, performing daily preventative, and corrective maintenance on a variety of facilities and condos. The right candidate must develop high level of teamwork and cooperation while managing safety, regulatory compliance and productivity.
Create a positive work environment. Demonstrate the ability to motivate and readily communicate expectations and follow up. Responsible for coordinating and supervising all upkeep, maintenance, ordering, inventory, work orders and repair as well as monthly inventory of all items in stock.
Recruiting, Interviewing and Hiring of employees and maintaining a high quality of staff through coaching, training, planning, retention of staff.
Responding quickly to Guest requests in a friendly manner. Oversee maintenance and pools at DW RV park next door.
Must have the ability to think outside the box.
