Join our food booth kitchen team at the upcoming Solfest Festival on (May 2-5)! We are seeking experienced chefs and cashiers with grilling and frying /customer service backgrounds to create an unforgettable culinary experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Dropping French fries and frozen chicken tenders into hot oil fryers
Preparing fried rice and noodles (standard recipes will be provided)
Cooking Asian-style chicken on the grill
Preparing various variations of typical "festival food" on flat top grills and fryers
Cashiering and serving prepared items
Requirements:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to adapt to varying kitchen demands
Team-centered mentality
'Fix it and keep going' mindset when receiving corrections or feedback
Messiness, lack of urgency, or constant need for emotional support may not be suitable for this work environment
Shift Details:
Festival booth will be open from (7am-2pm/4am-4am)
Multi shift available per day: (8am -4am/3pm-11pm/8pm-5am)
Lunch break provided, and a meal will be included
Attire:
Closed-toe shoes (something you don't mind getting dirty)
Black bottoms (jeans or pants)
Black t-shirt (long or short sleeve); no tank tops, crop tops, or short shorts
