Cooks at Emeril's Coastal are responsible for preparation of high-level fine cuisine with strict adherence to recipes and quality standards. Our fry cooks are primarily responsible for operating the deep fryer cooking station. This will include prepping and frying meats, vegetables, seafood and other types of food as needed and maintaining the deep fryer.
We are looking for candidates that have experience in a fast-paced, fine dining kitchen. Culinary school training is preferred.
