We are looking for a reliable and experienced Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is an hourly paid position, offering consistent work in a professional and fast-paced hospitality environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks across guest rooms and common areas
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues
Conduct regular inspections of building systems (lighting, water, air conditioning)
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests or management
Maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas
Coordinate with outside vendors when necessary
Maintain inventory of tools and supplies
Requirements:
Previous maintenance experience preferred (hotel experience is a plus)
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair
Ability to work independently and respond quickly to requests
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work on-call shifts or weekends when needed
Pay: Hourly, based on experience
