Floor Tech:
Part-time Floor Technician to work between multiple buildings in the Okaloosa county area. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
This individual will know if the floors require a complete stripped or the floors require a machine scrub and then a recoat. This individual will follow a floor maintenance schedule indicating when floor maintenance is required.
All the facilities are in a hospital setting and all flooring are VCT tiles, or Composition tiles. (Same flooring as in a hospital)
All equipment needed for completing job requirements and supplies are provided by the company.
The main campus is in the Fort Walton area. For those individuals with a valid Florida Driver license in good standing, a company van will be provided when traveling outside the Fort Walton area. Destin, Navarre, Niceville, Defuniak Springs, Crestview.
Company vehicle will be provided for individuals with a good driving record.
Responsible for the overall floor maintenance of hard surfaces and some carpet cleaning is require
( mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction & bonneting) of areas that includes patient rooms, hallways, offices, etc.
The hours are 6pm – until the job is completed. Monday through Friday with weekend availability. Must have at least 1 year of experience or proof that you can complete job requirements.
General responsibilities include:
Strip and wax floor
Carpet cleaning
Scrubbing floors

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour. Depending on experience
