We are looking for someone who can deliver rental equipment. Can be full time or part time work.
WEEKENDS ARE TOP PRIORITY FOR US DURING SUMMER MONTHS.
But weekdays can come in handy as well. If you can only work one or two days a week, the we would prefer either Friday nights, all day saturday, or Sundays.
WE REALLY NEED PEOPLE WITH A TRUCK OR AN SUV THAT CAN PULL A TRAILER. OR A TRUCK BY ITSELF MAY BE OK, IF UNABLE TO PULL A TRAILER.
PULLING A TRAILER IS PREFERRED WITH A TRUCK OR SUV.
THE PAY:
Pay STARTS AT 22.00 an hour when using your vehicle PLUS GAS REIMBURSED, each day. See BONUS PAY OPPORTUNITIES BELOW:
On some days where there might not be as many deliveries, we can give a custom amount for it to be worth their time, so they make a decent amount.
BONUS PAY DETAILS: We dont mind to pay more than 22 an hour if the following is consistently met.
This circumstances are based on:
1. Someones availability and commitment to the job,
2. Work ethic shown, and reliability for weekend work. Friday nights, Saturdays or possibly added Sundays. We prefer Friday nights, and Saturdays, plus Sundays, But Saturday is the MAIN priority. Strong work ethic, doing a good job, always on time, working in a timely manner, etc. We are still open to weekday work as well. Especially more so in July and months afterwards.
3. If someone shows that they will be a reliable and hard working individual and keeping their word, and work schedule.
4. If someone can properly and safely tow a trailer in and out of tight neighborhoods.
5. If someone is not making careless mistakes like forgetting equipment, or not ensuring equipment is in proper working order vs damaged.etc Not damaging trailer etc.
6. If someone is open to deliveries Friday night, and willing to get an early start on Saturdays. Not a late start on Saturdays. Prefer early start on Sundays as well, but open to discussion. We prefer earlier start for a few reasons.
We will start paying them the bonus ON THE WEEKENDS. The bonus could become a total of more per hour. This can be discussed.
Example if someone is consistently available, getting the job done, responsive to calls, and works with us fo a while proving to be there for us daily or on the weekends, we will pay the higher houly rate.
Vehicle must be clean and tidy for deliveries.
Pulling a trailer is a very helpful to us. We dont mind teaching but need someone who is committed, reliable, and easy to reach when they will work. Looking for friendly and clean cut with an attention to detail.
This is contract work.
Some equipment is 75 plus pounds, please let us know if you can carry this weight, or we have to see if there is other items you can collect. We do have some lighter weight items. Hoping to find someone who can lift both lighter weight and higher weight items. I would prefer to give more work to a smaller team size if possible.
Open to hiring someone full time that can handle all aspects of deliveries that are needed. Open to hiring individuals, just for weekends as well.
