Maintenance Technician Ft Walton Apartment Complex
Immediate opening! Year around not seasonal.
Experienced and skilled in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry and misc repairs.
Must have own tools.
Driver's license a plus but not necessary.
Must pass background check.
Available for "on call" for emergencies.
Monday through Friday 8:00 to 4:30
Must be physically fit and able to sit, stand, bend, walk, use hands and fingers to control objects, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs and ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, and hear. The employee must be able to lift 50 pounds individually and up to 100 pounds with assistance devices (dollies, hand trucks, additional persons).
