This is a small 30 unit apartment complex located in central Crestview, FL. Looking for someone to help with minor repairs, painting, power washing, yard maintenance, cleaning of apartments, and other projects. I also have a couple other properties in the general area that I may need help with as well.
Looking for someone who can work approximately 15-20 hours a week maximum. This is NOT a full time position. Salary is flexible depending on experience. Paid weekly. Prefer retired person, (Retired Military a plus).
