Energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Expertly organized, and capable of creating and maintaining data systems. Skilled multi-tasker, confident in tackling the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse operations. Comfortable with learning new workflow processes in an ever growing and changing position.
Main Duties & Responsabilities:
Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested
Maintain the company calendar
Creating and maintaining filing systems for past and ongoing projects
Receiving and processing the incoming calls to the main office
Communicating with clients and prospective clients on a day to day basis
Facilitate the exchange of supporting paperwork between the company and its clients
Skills & Abilities:
Eager to work with a team-player attitude
Experience with data entry, record keeping
Impeccable organization
Computer Proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Word
Professional phone mannerism
Competent in professional email correspondence
Friendly, outgoing personality to work with customers
Must be able to multi-task efficiently
Capable of working independently without someone "standing over you"
Must be presentable at work in business casual attire
Some prior administrative work is a requirment
Capable of calculating accurate numbers for reporting purposes
