Home Repair Technician
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Home Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general contractor work, including carpentry, painting, caulking, and other essential home repair skills. The role involves providing high-quality repair and maintenance services to our clients, ensuring their homes are safe and well-maintained.
Compensation:
$30/hour+
Responsibilities:
Perform general home repairs and maintenance, including carpentry, painting, caulking, and other related tasks
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, providing effective solutions.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and within the agreed timeframe.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a trade (carpentry, painting, etc.).
Strong general contractor skills, with a broad understanding of home repair and maintenance.
Certifications and licensing are preferred but not required.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
