Maintenance tech who is experienced in most of the following areas
Plumbing
Electrical
Flooring (LVP & glue down carpet)
Drywall repair
Appliance/HVAC (repair helpful but not required)
Carpentry
Must have your own tools
Pass a background check
Full time or will consider someone semi-retired parttime

Must be physically fit and able to sit, stand, bend, walk, use hands and fingers to control objects, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs and ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, and hear, must be able to lift 50 pounds individually and up to 100 pounds with assistance devices (dollies, hand trucks, additional persons).
