Duties include Daily Maintenance, Cleaning of Common Area, Cleaning and Maintenance of the swimming pool, and the ability to be self-motivated to make sure all daily maintenance items are handled.
The person awarded this position will need to be handy in maintenance and able to do physical labor outdoors.
