Duties include Daily Maintenance, Cleaning of Common Area, Cleaning and Maintenance of the swimming pool, and the ability to be self-motivated to make sure all daily maintenance items are handled.
The person awarded this position will need to be handy in maintenance and able to do physical labor outdoors and be very self motivated to get things done.
