Immediate opening for experienced, dependable, motivated, ready and willing to work person to provide any or all of the following. FL LLC/WCE preferred but not mandatory. Must have your own tools, a phone, and a willingness to work. Job locale may vary in/around the South AL/Covington Cty to NWF/Okaloosa, Walton Counties. You will need your own reliable transportation to/from job sites. Must have and be able to demonstrate knowledge of any or all of the following; interior/exterior home repair, painting, tile work, drywall, plumbing, fence-deck installation repair, pressure washing, job clean up, etc. Must be professional, follow instructions, be able to work with a crew or alone, be able to make sound competent decisions and be responsible.
