We are a fast-paced CPA local firm seeking a Professional to handle some of our prestigious clients' accounts in areas including accounting, taxes, payroll, compliance with IRS and Florida Dept of Revenue, and promoting our services to new clients.
The preferred candidate should be able to work from our Orlando office (non-remote position) and have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Should have excellent communication skills in English, and understanding Spanish is a plus. Must have experience and knowledge on QuickBooks Online and QB Desktop, payroll details, sales taxes obligations in Florida, and knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Teams, etc). Formal education in business administration is required. This is a full-time job position, and the candidate should be able to work on Saturdays during tax season. The candidate should be able to prepare basic financial statements.
