Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable, and ensuring compliance with GAAP standards. Responsibilities
Perform general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Utilize accounting software to maintain financial records and generate reports.
Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights into the organization's financial status.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and other relevant financial regulations.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts as needed.
Skills
Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles, particularly GAAP.
Proficiency in general ledger reconciliation and accounts payable management.
Experience with financial software and accounting software
Excellent skills in financial report writing to communicate findings effectively.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.
