As a Legal Forwarder, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining effective communication with both clients and attorneys. Your responsibilities will include managing accounts within the department, ensuring proper handling, and optimizing efficiency throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement: Interact with clients and attorneys daily via email and telephone, fostering strong relationships.
2. Account Management: Regularly follow up with attorneys to ensure accurate handling of accounts.
3. Prioritization: Efficiently prioritize tasks to maximize productivity.
4. Document Expertise: Skillfully interpret and reconcile various legal documents, including invoices, contracts, legal agreements, and court filings.
Requirements:
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in relevant software and tools.
