We are looking for a motivated individual to work at our new office location in Orlando.

Understanding Xero book keeping software is a MUST !

with an attention to accounting detail, and be able to run financial reports for investors.

Must have good English communication skills and be able to work proficient with Word , Excel and other Microsoft office packages.

We are a Real Estate Investment company that buys commercial real estate , repairs and then rents out , we are looking to expand our current team .

Tasks are to be included but not limited to assisting

Managing property's day to day.

Renovations.

Bookkeeping

Managing leads for Rentals.

Putting Together Rentals.

Tenants and repairs for our property portfolio.

Assisting with marketing.

Experience in Real Estate is a positive but not essential, as training will be given.

This is a Fast Pace Growing company and targets & deadlines must be met.

longer hours may be available as the business grows.

Current hours will be 9am - 2 pm , Monday through Friday.

This is not a Remote work position, you will be required to work from our office, Close to CFU.
