Job Description: Searching for a detail-oriented Senior Bookkeeper. Candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and practices, along with proficiency in various financial software applications including Quick Books and Sage. Minimum of 5 years experience.
Job Tasks:
-Manage Financial Processes: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes with precision and efficiency.
-Ensure Financial Accuracy: Conduct bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
-Support Budgeting: Assist in budgeting efforts and contribute to financial reporting activities.
-Maintain Financial Records: Perform balance sheet reconciliations and manage entries in the general ledger.
-Process Payroll: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements with timely reporting.
-Technical Accounting Tasks: Execute debits, credits, and journal entries with meticulous attention to detail expertise in Excel is a must, including proficiency in formulas, charts, tables, and spreadsheet- management.
-Bookkeeping Expertise: Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices.
-Financial Processes: Experience with accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and budgeting.
-Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with payroll processing and compliance requirements.
Preferred Skills:
-Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Experience with balance sheet reconciliation processes.
-Technical Accounting Expertise: Ability to manage technical accounting tasks effectively.
