Duties and responsibilities for this position include communicating payments to customers, answering customer inquiries, setting up payment schedules for customers, entering phone payments online, and assisting the team with miscellaneous duties. Applicants with strong customer skills are encouraged to apply. Ability to speak Spanish is also a plus with this opportunity. Part time positions available immediately!
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will possess the following skill set:
Collections or customer service experience required
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects.
Strong phone and computer skills
Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
