We are looking for a motivated Field Manager to join our team and oversee site operation.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily field operations
Manage crews, subcontractors, and vendors on job sites
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe work environment
Communicate with project managers and leadership on progress and needs
Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting
Qualifications:
Experience as a Field Manager, Site Supervisor, or similar role in construction
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes
Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Valid driver’s license (OSHA certification a plus)
