Job Function: Plan, organize, supervise and participate in the Operations and activities of 4Productions Warehouse; train, assign supervise, and evaluate staff.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, testing, safety and distribution of audio visual equipment, supplies, and inventory.
Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees; assign workloads to warehousemen.
Receive, unpack, pack, test, load, store and deliver equipment and inventory; appropriate paperwork for each job.
Supervise and participate in the processing of internal documents for fulfillment and distribution
Prepare and maintain a variety of logs and records as they relate to equipment movement to and from warehouse.
Operate and demonstrate use of specialized warehouse equipment as necessary.
Observe health and safety regulations; maintain warehouse in a clean, safe, and orderly fashion
Assist management in establishing standards and procedure.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Maintain regular attendance
Work with sister companies’ warehouses about inventory discrepancies
Knowledge and Abilities:
Warehousing and inventory controls
Methods of receiving, inspecting, and delivering equipment.
Operation of a forklift and other assigned vehicles.
Warehouse Ops, procedures, equipment and technology.
Space utilization and inventory techniques.
Proper methods of storing equipment, materials, and supplies.

Record Keeping Techniques
Inventory methods and practices
Interpersonal skills using tact, patience, and courtesy.
Physical Demands:
Work is performed while standing, sitting, and/or walking.
Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations
Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
Requires the ability to lift, carry, push or pull medium weights, up to 50 lbs.
Requires activities involving being around moving machinery, exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust, fumes, and gases.
Education and experience:
High School diploma or G.E.D. Certificate and three years of warehousing or related experience.
A/V experience
Licenses and other requirements:
Valid FL driver’s License
Ability to pass a DOT physical
