Just opened a brand new/modern real estate office in a 3rd floor suite (with balcony) right next to the Altamonte Mall and surrounding restaurants. Looking for an energetic and motivated office secretary/personal assistant to help owner with basic inner office tasks including phone calls, emails, scheduling and some minor electronic document filing. Nothing crazy or overwhelming. Hours are flexible and no micromanaging from management. Lunch breaks are flexible and there's a beautiful lake right near the office that is perfect for breaks. We help families restructure their mortgages and have a fast paced office with many new clients signing up per week.
