Position Overview
AnywhereBrands is seeking a Purchasing Manager to oversee procurement and supplier management for our organization. This role is responsible for sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, optimizing purchasing processes, and ensuring cost-effective procurement strategies that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate has experience managing procurement operations in a technology-driven and service-oriented environment, and excels in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials, components, and services.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to maintain quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.
Monitor inventory levels, lead times, and purchasing trends to optimize supply chain efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement decisions with company goals and project needs.
Maintain strong vendor relationships and explore new supplier opportunities to enhance cost savings and innovation.
Oversee purchase orders, invoices, and procurement documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of procurement experience.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms and cost savings.
Experience managing vendor relationships and multi-supplier contracts.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate procurement records and processes.
