We are a small board game company based in Orlando, looking for an energetic and outgoing personality to both schedule and facilitate our community events.
This role involves fostering connections between players, game designers, retailers, and other stakeholders in the board gaming industry. The ideal candidate will create opportunities for engagement, organize events, and promote a culture of inclusivity and fun within the board gaming community.
Key Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with local gaming stores to arrange regular meet-ups and outreach activities.
-Organize and host board game events, such as tournaments, game nights, conventions, and workshops.
-Act as the primary point of contact for community members, addressing questions and facilitating discussions.
-Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage the board gaming community, both online and offline.
-Build relationships with game designers, publishers, influencers, and retailers to enhance community offerings.
-Create engaging content, such as tutorials, blog posts, videos, and newsletters, to educate and inspire the community.
