As a customer experience specialist you are required to improve on customer relations in addition to the following:
Responsible for and take control of your assigned register to accommodate collecting payments and completing sales transactions of customers.
Properly complete customer’s fuel card transaction.
Verify age of customer purchasing alcohol or cigarettes.
Answer questions and provide directions to customers as needed.
Sell prepared food, including deli sandwiches, pizza, hotdogs, and pretzels.
Prepare daily reports of fuel and in-store sales.
Count cash and balance drawer at the end of your shift.
Scan and record items delivered to the store for resale.
See to the proper organization and cleanliness of the convenience-store and general work area
Call law enforcement to report suspicious activity in and around the property.
Applicant needs to speak English, multi lingual a plus. Flexible schedule needed.
