What You’ll Be Doing:
Greet clients with a warm, energetic welcome
Manage appointments using our booking system
Handle phone calls, walk-ins, and inquiries with ease
Maintain a clean and organized front desk/lobby area
Ring up sales and manage payment transactions
Help with cleaning duties and shop upkeep
Support the barbers with whatever they need to keep the day running smoothly

Outgoing, confident, and positive attitude
Strong communication and people skills
Tech-savvy — comfortable using booking software & POS systems
Dependable and punctual
Team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Experience in hospitality, reception, or retail a plus (but not required)
Must be available Tue-Sat, 9:30am-6:30pm
