Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Engage with online retail customers to process orders, address inquiries, and manage account details; respond to incoming calls, assisting customers with various questions or concerns; build and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing customers; collaborate effectively with team members to achieve goals and resolve customer issues; maintain consistent, professional communication with customers, team members, and vendors via phone, email, and other electronic methods and; adapt quickly to new software and procedures in a dynamic work environment.
