Our law office represents people who mostly reside outside the State of Florida. Very few clients have the opportunity to visit our beautiful office building in Winter Park, across the street from the new Winter Park library , and so we communicate with them by telephone. So, more than anything else, we need someone with a nice speaking voice to do telephone work, including setting of telephone appointments, as well as scanning and filing. No prior experience in a law office is necessary because the nature of the work we do is somewhat unique. Applicants with an A.A. (2 year college degree) are preferred, but this is not necessary. This job requires someone who is willing to come to work in the office every day, Monday through Friday, from 10am to 6pm, although there may be days when an earlier call is scheduled. We are unable to accommodate someone who wants to work remotely. Also, we need someone who has reliable transportation to get to and from work.
