Quality Marketing Group is looking for a Data Processor/ Entry Clerk to type information from various locations into Excel spreadsheets. The ideal candidate will be a fast typist with a keen eye for detail.
We provide thorough training, however, we expect you to be a quick learner with a base of computer skills in both Excel and Word.
This is a data entry position and is almost entirely computer work.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Enter invoices, policies, and any other required information into the system.
Apply customer payments to invoices and policy transactions.
Ensure all related documents are properly scanned and all transactions are recorded accurately.
Identify missing information and other rating exceptions and errors and forward to proper parties.
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED, some college courses beyond high school preferred;
3+ years' experience in a face paced customer service or office environment
One year data entry experience required
Advanced keyboarding skills required, knowledge of Windows based programs and Microsoft office applications
Must also be articulate and be able to communicate with customers via telephone.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
Must be flexible and adaptable to a changing work environment and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
High level of attention to detail
Able to type 60 WPM
