Job Title: Part-Time Member Relations Agent
Hours: Mondays, 10 AM - 5 PM EST
Salary: $100 - $150 per day, depending on experience
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Member Relations Agent to join our team. This position is perfect for individuals looking to make a positive impact in customer service while working exclusively on Mondays. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with our valued clients and provide them with essential updates regarding their memberships in the Vacation Travel Club and the Owner Rental Program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Make outgoing calls to members, following a scripted dialogue to ensure consistency and professionalism.
- Information Delivery: Provide clients with their login information for The Club and guide them on how to navigate the portal.
- Appointment Scheduling: Assist members in scheduling appointments with personal concierges for their dream vacations.
- Updates and Follow-ups: Regularly update clients on the status of their complimentary tablets and vacation rentals, ensuring they are informed about timelines and expectations.
- Customer Support: Address any questions or concerns members may have, reinforcing a positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a script effectively.
- Must have a positive attitude and be self-motivated.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Work Schedule:
- This is a part-time position, with hours dedicated to Mondays only.
