Key Qualifications:
Strong computer skills
Familiarity with QuickBooks
HVAC and/or plumbing knowledge is a plus
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Problem-solving abilities
Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
Job Details:
Full-time position (35-40 hours/week)
Monday to Friday schedule
