We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Receptionist. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while also providing support for the office team.
Experience & Skills
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not a requirement
Receptionist Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries from clients and the public in a prompt and courteous manner
Answer and route incoming calls professionally to the appropriate staff or departments
Greet visitors, provide assistance, and direct them to the correct contacts
Distribute incoming mail and packages
Maintain an organized, clean reception area
Provide administrative support to office and sales teams as needed

Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8am to 5pm, Friday 8am-3pm, Day Shift, No weekends
