As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for developing and managing system databases as well as for database oversight within technical architecture and organizational initiatives.
Your daily duties and responsibilities in this role will generally include:
Designing database schemas, building tables, writing store procedures and working with the application development team
Understanding, implementing, documenting and maintaining database roles and security
Utilizing expertise in data management and data processing techniques
Developing SQL queries and ad-hoc reports as needed
Providing expertise on SQL clustering and replication
Utilizing SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services(SSRS) and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS)
