We are a growing architectural and engineering firm in Northeast Orlando seeking an experienced Electrical Drafter to work in office. We have a variety of clients including national retail brands, restaurants and fast-food chains.
Your Primary Position Duties:
Electrical Drafting for small to large retail and restaurant establishments
Preparing accurate detailed drawings from prototypes
Site visits for as-build information
Photometric design
Coordinating with architects and engineers regarding project status
Reviewing your work for completeness and accuracy
Experience & Knowledge:
5-7 years of Electrical Design/Drafting experience
AutoCad proficient
Field measurement and verification
Knowledge of construction practices and electrical codes (NEC, NFPA)
Able to read and interpret construction drawings and surveys
Preferred Knowledge:
Restaurant & Retail prototype experience a BIG plus
Understanding of related engineering disciplines, building and permitting helpful
