Description We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team in Orlando, Florida. The role involves a significant amount of work in full cycle accounting within the Healthcare industry. This role is a long-term contract position and is 100% remote.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage complex accruals and journal entries Conduct thorough and detailed documentation of financial transactions Review and ensure accuracy of financial records and reports Manage the end of the month close process efficiently Supervise a team of 2 onshore and 3 offshore personnel Utilize Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, BlackLine, Concur, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to manage accounting functions Oversee the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes Conduct regular auditing to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial processes Manage billing functions effectively and efficiently Handle heavy excel work for data analysis and financial reporting. Requirements Minimum of 10 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in a managerial position Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services Experience with BlackLine software Knowledge of Concur software Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning Expertise in various Accounting Functions Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Experience in Auditing Proficiency in Billing Functions Exceptional communication and leadership skills A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field CPA certification is preferred Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
