Analyst, Procurement IIApply Now (https://hdbt.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com/hcmUI/CandidateExperience/en/sites/CX1/job/10789/apply/email?utmmedium=jobshare)Job DescriptionSignature Aviation is seeking a Procurement Analyst II to help build and drive an effective and efficient sourcing and procurement function with a focus on reducing Total Cost of Ownership in indirect procurement categories.The procurement organization will focus on all categories of indirect procurement with focus on IT, MRO, and capital purchases. The Analyst will also assist in preparing, communicating, and training on procurement processes to other signature employees.We are looking for a roll-up-your-sleeves employee comfortable in hands-on analytics and work as well as in senior-management discussions.The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with a focus on building strategic relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, the ability to plan, work and meet project deadlines and a strong knowledge of sourcing practices and spend analytics.Job Responsibilities

Assist in implementation of a sourcing and procurement process by establishing procurement policies, guidelines and best practices and driving value and savings on purchases

Objectively review suppliers (i) before purchase and (ii) for performance and supplier compliance after purchase

Perform industry benchmarking with respect to pricing, performance, service levels and other measurable standards

Strong analytical skills

Build and maintain strategic relationships with all levels of stakeholders across Signature Aviation.

Drive supplier selection through robust sourcing initiatives such as RFx, reverse auction, consolidation, and demand management

Assess new and existing supplier capabilities to meet product, cost, quality, capacity, and fulfillment ensuring suppliers can meet requirements for performance, quality, cost and delivery of components.

Track the supplier’s performance indicators, based on their scorecards and rankings, to facilitate and develop the supply base’s ability to consistently meet or exceed defined expectations.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year College or University. Degree in procurement / supply chain discipline preferred. MBA a plus.

Three or more year’s corporate-procurement experience with in-depth knowledge of aviation fuel procurement strategies & practices, thereof at least three years in a management or supervisory capacity

Experience working in a newly built procurement organization

Strong understanding of and competency in spend analytics

Ability to quickly calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume in your head

Good knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Word and Power Point) and excellent capabilities in Excel
