We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner and Handyman to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep in our commercial building.
Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks and furniture
Vacuum carpets and mop floors
Empty trash bins and recycle as needed
Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and report when low
Follow safety and sanitation protocols
Perform minor repairs (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry) and other miscellaneous things.
Assemble furniture and fixtures as needed
Conduct routine maintenance tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs, fixing leaks)
Identify and report larger repair needs
Qualifications:
Prior experience in commercial cleaning preferred
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Must be reliable and trustworthy
Ability to lift up to heavy items and perform physical tasks
Schedule:
Monday-Friday for at lease four hours.
