Commercial Property Manager

Description We are on the hunt for a Commercial Property Manager to join our team based in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will oversee the management of a diverse portfolio, including retail, office, and industrial properties, and serve as the primary liaison for tenants and property-related concerns. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of retail, office, and industrial properties Act as the main point of contact for all tenant inquiries and property-related issues Conduct routine property inspections to ensure proper maintenance and adherence to standards Supervise maintenance activities to ensure properties are well-kept and any issues are promptly addressed Manage vendor contracts, ensuring all services are carried out in accordance with agreed terms Collaborate with leasing administrators and internal leasing brokers to ensure lease terms are adhered to Handle tenant matters efficiently and ensure rent collection is carried out in a timely manner Work in tandem with the maintenance and construction teams to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard Administer real estate leases and handle any maintenance requests from tenants. Requirements Minimum of 7 years of experience in a commercial property management role Proficient in facilities management, ensuring the smooth operation of all building systems Extensive experience in managing retail properties, including leasing, tenant relations, and property maintenance In-depth understanding of real estate leases, including negotiation, execution, and enforcement Ability to promptly respond to and resolve maintenance requests to ensure tenant satisfaction Strong skills in contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts with vendors, contractors, and tenants Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with tenants, vendors, and team members Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently, make decisions, and solve problems effectively and efficiently Valid real estate license may be required depending on the region.
