The team is responsible for regional marketing strategies that drive demand and contribute to pipeline creation for the business. They play an active role for the area sales team ensuring they are benefiting from global marketing programs as well as executing regional programs to ensure success across all territories. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and be focused on meeting quarterly goals.Your day-to-day

Support Field Marketing team in delivering marketing programs to drive pipeline growth and customer loyalty for the Americas Sales Teams. These integrated marketing programs may include:

Roadshows, seminars, virtual events, tradeshows supporting net-new, cross-sell and upsell opportunities

C-level campaigns: programs to create/accelerate opportunities and position Proofpoint as a thought leader

Alliance Partner Marketing programs: build partner co-marketing programs into regional marketing plans

Greenfield programs: targeting new contact and account acquisition

Facilitate highly successful virtual event programs in multiple languages

Create campaigns, invitation emails and landing pages via Marketo

Responsible for data entry of leads from marketing events and lead uploads via Marketo

Support the creation of targeted direct mail campaigns

Manage appointment setting campaigns

Monitor campaign accuracy within Salesforce

Own event recruitment programs with 3rd party vendors

Source promotional items, monitor inventory management, and oversee fulfillment houses.

Ensure that marketing collateral is updated and marketing event equipment is current and in good working condition

Executes purchase orders and invoice process with vendors

Onsite event support, when required

What you bring to the team

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications

3-5 years of related marketing experience

Should have a passion for Field Marketing

Strong project management skills

Detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines efficiently while maintaining high standards of execution

Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple priorities independently

Strong communication skills

Must like to work in a collaborative environment with team goals

Marketo and SalesForce.com experience required
