Field Service Engineer, Image Guided Therapy (Stamford/Hartford, CT)

This position supports the Imaging Systems business within the Greater Hartford, CT area. This position will be responsible for customer relationship management through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, troubleshoot, service, and Diagnosis and Treatment imaging solutions at customer sites.Your role:

Building, deploying and/or integrating X-Ray and Cath Lab solutions.

Collaborate on fulfilling technical implementation deliverables such as detailed design documentation, system build, configuration, and testing, while also resolving technical issues and offering proactive technical support.

Based on customer requirements, serves as a consultant to provide technical recommendations that best suit the environment

Documentation of solutions to ensure support teams and other consultants can participate in support and onward development.

Located in or near the Greater Hartford, CT area.

Associate degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience

3+ years of experience in diagnostic imaging, preferably in a field service environment required.

Previous field service experience with X-Ray, and Cath Lab products

Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment, including knowledge and use of all necessary tools and test equipment.

Ability to read and interpret schematics and site drawings with minimal assistance.
