Description:Selected candidate will serve as a team lead of cost management analysts on the JASSM program. Will be responsible for the training and coaching of team members, as well as, day-to-day supervision of analysts, delegation of assignments.What You Will Be DoingMust be experienced in the day-to-day cost management responsibilities that include: establish and monitor program budgets; track, reconcile, and analyze cost; track program funding requirements; risk and opportunity analysis; CSDR (1921) preparation; develop variance explanations and recommendations for corrective actions as required.Will supervise analysts that prepare cost reports, and prepare and analyze quarterly estimates at complete (EACs). Will assist analysts in the preparation of quarterly CSR charts.
