Global Advisory Council Engagement Manager - Reporting and Insights Lead

As an GAC Engagement Manager - Reporting and Insights Lead , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring we can clearly articulate the value of the Global Advisory Council (GAC). This includes preparing and tracking customer engagements directly with the advisory council members as well as sales leadership.You will manage a portfolio of engagements as well as being the resident expert in reporting and analytics.You will act as a key connector between the GAC, sales and marketing teams, as well as senior executives and the broader IGTM, ensuring that engagements are seamlessly executed, effectively tracked and impact is captured. Your knowledge of company operations, policies, and internal systems will be critical in driving efficiency and maximizing GAC impact. You will also be able to tell a compelling story with the data that we collect, tracking outcomes and ensuring a continuous feedback loop.Key ResponsibilitiesData Management & Program Value DemonstrationOwn the collection, analysis, and visualization of program data to clearly demonstrate the value and impact of executive engagements.Develop, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards (Power BI, Dynamics, or equivalent) that showcase key engagement metrics, trends, and outcomes for senior stakeholders.Collaborate with the GAC team to define and refine success metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks that align with business objectives.Ensure data integrity across internal systems, including Dynamics and internal dashboards, providing accurate and timely insights for leadership decision-making.Proactively identify data-driven insights and storytelling opportunities to communicate program impact to executive audiences.Leverage AI and technology to collect quantitative and qualitative data.Customer Engagement & Stakeholder ManagementPartner with the sales team to ensure GAC Executives are equipped with data-backed insights to support strategic customer engagement strategies.Track and report on GAC customer interactions within Dynamics, ensuring stakeholders remain informed on outcomes, action items, and engagement effectiveness.Project manage GAC engagements with a focus on capturing measurable outcomes, feedback loops, and closing out actions that drive tangible value.Maintain and enhance CxO relationship data, leveraging analytics to identify relationship-building opportunities and gaps.Operational & Administrative SupportCoordinate schedules between GAC members and key customers (internally), prioritizing engagements based on data-driven insights and engagement value.Help leadership prepare for high-impact meetings with tailored data reports and value narratives.Why This Role is Ideal for YouLeverage Your Analytical Expertise – Use your data skills to shape how we communicate the value of our executive advisory program to top leadership and stakeholders.Drive Strategic Business Decisions – Play a critical role in using data to influence high-level strategies and demonstrate ROI from key engagements.Grow Your Career in Data-Driven Strategy – Build visibility across leadership teams, develop storytelling skills through data, and contribute to high-impact executive programs.Showcase Your Dashboard and Visualization Expertise – Own and optimize critical reporting tools used by senior executives.
