This position will focus on Employee Relations and administrative responsibility for FMLA, ADA, STD and LTD. Key team member driving HR Department success aligned with the Nautique Identity Pyramid Values.Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be detail-oriented, organized and experience in ADP or equivalent HRIS. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.The hours for this position are 8AM - 5PM Monday - Friday, and this individual will work onsite at one of our locations in East Orlando. Key Responsibilities:Employee Relations, investigations and disciplinary action and fostering strong supervisor-employee relationships.Handling FMLA/ADA/STD/LTD/Work Compensation, and auditing attendance.Supports the HR functions with new hire onboarding, terminations, benefits administration and benefits open enrollment.Build and maintain strong relationships with supervisors, managers and employees.Works cooperatively with managers, the HR team, vendors, and others to resolve employee questions and issuesData analysis and reporting via HRIS as neededOrganizing wellness programs, employee events, philanthropy efforts and creating monthly newsletter.Maintains a general understanding of required compliance with legal, regulatory, and financial requirements governing functional tasks and activities
