As an experienced and innovative Instructional Designer at EBG, you will play a key role in enhancing the development of our employees’ skills and knowledge throughout the organization. The Instructional Designer will work collaboratively across multiple departments, partnering closely with Subject Matter Experts to design and regularly assess instructor-led training, eLearning modules, virtual training and simulation activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical expertise, utilizing innovative training tools to effectively address training requirements.  Essential Functions:Design and sustain training programs that meet corporate objectives and address proficiency gaps.Create training curriculum that may encompass instructor-led sessions, self-directed learning, e-learning modules, job aids, SOPs, and presentation slides.Provide support and training to stakeholders, enabling them to facilitate programs within their own departments.Ensure that all training materials remain consistent, current, and aligned with the goals of each department.Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability while thriving in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.Utilize data to evaluate and enhance training programs. Stay informed about instructional design best practices, as well as emerging trends and technologies, to integrate into learning initiatives.Perform other duties as assigned.
